Situated on the mainland in Lagos, the design consists of office spaces designed around a central atrium space and banking facilities designed to have a visual link with the atrium, while offering the ideal banking design layout for the potential occupant. The banking space has a dedicated entrance point with a zoned out area in order to create a private zone for the banking facility and its customers. Lettabe offices are accessible through a grand reception which is zoned off cleverly as to avail the occupants an independent access zone.
